Chocolate Cupcakes


Ingredients :
Flour - 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/3 cup
Choco chips - 2 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Corn flour - 1/2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla - 1/4 tsp

Note : If using cake flour , you need not use corn flour.

Preparation :
  • Preheat for 5 to 10 mins @ 180'C.
  • Combine all dry ingredients.
  • Combine all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.
  • Now slowly add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  • Bake for 20 mins and enjoy with some toppings of your favorite.
