Ingredients:
Semolina ( Rava ) - 3/4 cup
All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Green Chili - 4
Shredded carrot - 1 small
Coarsely ground cumin - 1 tsp
Coarsely ground pepper - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil - As required
Salt - As required
Preparation :
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil with required amount of water make dosa batter consistency.
2. Heat the flat iron skillet or dosa pan and make dosa out this mixture.
2. Serve hot with Coconut chutney and Sambar
