Goan Style Fish Fry


Ingredients :
Pomfret  ( Slices ) – 2,
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Egg - 1
Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – As required
Semolina - 3 tbsp
Rice flour – 3 tbsp
Oil - For shallow fry

Preparation :
1. Mix all the ingredients except semolina and rice flour.
2. Apply this on the fish and marinate for 20 mins.
3. In a separate bowl , combine semolina and rice flour together.
4. Place each fish on this semolina mixture and shallow fry each fish.
