Chicken - 400 gms
Curd - 1/4 cup
Red chili powder - 2tsp + 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Salt - As required
Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 2 hrs.
2. Place them in phulka maker and place over tye gas.
3. Flip the chicken when cooked one side.
4. Can be served with Green chutney.
Note : If preferred butter can be applied in between.
